We want you to feel confident when you invest in Passive AI Blueprints.
That’s why all one-time Blueprint purchases are covered by our 14-Day “Results or Refund” Promise — no questions asked.

If, within 14 days of purchase, you believe you will not obtain results from the material, simply request a refund and we will process it promptly.

Definition of “Results”

For the purposes of this guarantee, “results” means any measurable or perceivable progress toward building or automating an online income system using the processes taught in the Blueprint you purchased — such as creating your first piece of AI-generated content, configuring one automation workflow, or launching one monetized page.
You are not required to show financial profit; the intent is to ensure you can implement the system and experience forward movement.

What Constitutes “Following the Materials”

To keep this guarantee fair and sustainable, we define “following the materials” as:

  • Reviewing the core lessons or quick-start guide contained in your Notion Hub; and
  • Attempting the first implementation step (e.g., creating a test automation or prompt run).

We may request confirmation that you have accessed your materials before approving the refund, solely to ensure proper delivery.

Revocation of Access Upon Refund

When a refund is issued, access to all related content is automatically revoked.
This includes the Notion workspace, Drive folders, portal pages, and any bonus modules linked to the refunded product.
You agree to discontinue use and delete any downloaded materials after the refund is completed.

Recurring Fees & Memberships

This 14-day guarantee applies only to one-time Blueprint purchases.
Membership programs such as the Passive AI Lab operate on a monthly recurring basis and are refundable only for the first billing period when cancelled within 14 days of initial enrollment.
Subsequent renewals are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

How to Request a Refund

Send your request by email to support@passiveai.co with the subject line “Refund Request — [Product Name]” and include:

  • Your full name and purchase email address;
  • The product you wish to refund; and
  • The approximate date of purchase (or order ID if available).

All refunds are processed through Stripe within 3–5 business days of approval.

Applicable Law

This guarantee is offered in good faith to enhance your experience.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that may apply under the laws of Québec (Québec Civil Code), Canada, or your local jurisdiction.
Where such laws grant greater protection, those rights prevail.
